When Inala Primary Care commenced in 2007, we engaged Ozdoc to be our IT provider and support company. Over these past 3 years, any time we have required information, support or advice the staff have been just so helpful.

We get rapid response to our calls for help and when we had a major server crash early one Monday morning, the techs remotely accessed our system, diagnosed the problem, were onsite within a couple of hours and had us back in business by the next morning.

Everyone at Ozdoc are courteous and helpful and I have taken much pleasure in boasting to my colleagues about the excellent service they provide for us.
