We came across Adam from Ozdoc by accident some years ago and immediately recognized that he had considerable expertise in the area we required. Combined with this we liked his easygoing attitude and sense of humour.

We asked him to take us on as a customer and 6 years later we wouldn’t use anyone else.

Over these years Adam and Mark from Ozdoc have assisted us in many different aspects of Medical Practice IT including a complete changeover from another IT group as well as a new business setup and 2 complete IT upgrades. On each occasion, because of their depth of knowledge and great Medical Practice IT expertise, the Ozdoc team, especially Adam and Mark, have been able to understand our needs and recognize our problems no matter how difficult. Mark has the patience of a saint and is able to guide us though problems on the end of a phone and keep us calm while fixing the problem. Between Adam and Mark and the team we have yet to give them a problem that they were not able to solve.

As well as this they have provided us with on going support that is speedy, consistent, and professional. We are able to feel confident that help is at hand at any time when required. This has been a godsend, as any practice can grind to a halt when there are computer problems. On every occasion that we experienced problems they have responded quickly and then worked tirelessly until the system was once again operational.

They have also conducted ongoing maintenance to ensure the security and integrity of our data and back ups at all times. This gives peace of mind that our system is protected and is recoverable should the unthinkable happen.

Quoting has always been completed in a timely manner and their pricing is realistic. They have been able to recommend appropriate equipment to suit our needs and are not afraid to offer alternative solutions that they think may be of assistance to us. Their proactive solutions to our requirements and their ability to think outside of the square have been much appreciated.

We are very happy with the level of service offered by Ozdoc and could thoroughly recommend them to any Medical Practice who may be looking for someone who is able to offer solutions for all situations. Adam, Mark and the whole team are certainly able to deliver a high quality, professional and caring service in a timely and friendly manner. We would be lost without them!!
