As a large computerised specialist practice we have used the Ozdoc team of specialist engineers as our IT support for almost a year. Due to the complexity of our practice and its multiple sites Ozdoc have been instrumental in the consultation process determining the most efficient, cost effective and long-term solutions for our practice.

Our IT upgrade involved transitioning to a “virtual” network. Ozdoc worked closely with our software providers, Totalcare, Prosolv (Fujifilm) and Mortara throughout the entire process. Their project management was flawless and the aftercare service is second to none.
